Bloody hell what a fucking match. Both teams played an awesome game. Just wish Bayern Muenchen didn't use Robben for every kick.
That idiot couldn't hit the net if it was 1ft away from him.

Like seriously a german club and the biggest german club at that shud have a GERMAN taking the penalties. No excuse for Bayern losing in a penalty shootout to an english side or any other side at home as well, Bayern sure know how to lose in heartbreaking fashion (man-united 99)
Tuned in 1 minute before the first goal, after that, great match
Robben <3... He's not an idiotjust out of shape some how...
I hope Robben will be better at the EC..we need him!!![]()
Same story like Chelsea vs. Barcelona in the semi-final matches.
The explicit better team lost the game, unfortunately.
Chelsea played a horrible season in the Premier League and in the whole Champions League, successful but unattractive. The end justifies the means.
Whatever! Congrats to "The Blues" and the owner Roman Abramowitsch (a russian Oil-billionaire, it is said he invested in Chelsea FC ca. 1,1 billions Euro since 2003)

Deem, you can check the physical shape tomorrow again: Bayern vs. Nederlands Elftal at 8.30 pm CET at the Allianz Arena
"Two days after the defeat to Chelsea in the Champions League final, the Bayern camp is ready to move on and contemplate the future. On Tuesday evening, Germany's most successful club contest their last match of the season, a friendly against the Netherlands national team, which is also the official season closer for 2011/12. ..."
FC Bayern München AG
I'm looking forward to seeing our former Bayern captain Mark van Bommel again![]()

My personal focus in on our Club players, I'll cross my fingers for the whole "Bayern Family". For the main part, no injuries please. We need all of them for the next season.
(For clarification: I'm a Bayern club member for decades, we've currently more than 160.000 registered members, my membership number has four digits only)
Don't get me wrong, I like national team challenges like WC or EC. But I wish that the best team win the tournament. If this team contains a Bayern player, even better!
btw: Mark will retire if Netherlands win the EC, is it worth it?![]()

We will see, it's all in the game! Can't wait...
Edit: btw, Seems I didnt miss itWas confused about the days, diff timezones/ times on the forums didn't help either

Were Chelsea the absolute best side in the Champion's League? Certainly not, other teams played better. However, the sides that win are often those who hold their nerve, and Chelsea did that better than any other team. After all, they effectively won away at both Barcelona and Bayern Munich, a team who've proved incapable of winning anything this year.
On a related note:
Fifa president Sepp Blatter labels penalties 'a tragedy' and seeks alternative - News & Comment - Football - The IndependentFIFA president Sepp Blatter today labelled penalty shoot-outs "a tragedy" and challenged Franz Beckenbauer to come up with an alternative.
Two major tournaments last season were decided by shoot-outs - Chelsea's Champions League triumph over Bayern Munich and the African Nations Cup when Zambia beat Ivory Coast.
Beckenbauer, honorary president of Bayern Munich, is also head of the Football Task Force 2014 which has been charged with recommending rule changes and Blatter said the body should now look at penalty shoot-outs.
So, Bayern Munich lose on penalties, and the man in charge of 'finding a solution' is the honorary president of Bayern Munich?
