Calling all awesome people! iO Recruitment Position information!

Hello, awesome members of iO! (this excludes KillinUSoftly, we all know he is the exact opposite. A turd.)

    iO Recruiters Needed!

Recently, the admins here came together and talked about things. One of those things was about bringing in some new faces. Some awesome faces, people we can play with and have a good time with. And we need help with that. While we will try to do our part, we would like to add a brand new, permanent position to iO. This position would be called iO Recruiter, and our recruiters would have the job of, well, recruiting new players and community members.

First off, maybe we should talk about benefits of being a dedicated recruiter. Recruiters would have the power to talk in ProCon to any of our servers via the admin chat function. ProCon is what admins use to monitor and administrate iO Battlefield servers. Another thing is recruiters would gain the donation perks we currently have set up. We currently have Auto Balance immunity, and queue priority. You can read more about our perks here. Lastly, as this is a dedicated iO position, you'll get a neat title and image on our website, like where mine says BF4 Admin.

Next we'll discuss your duties. As an iO recruiter, you would be in charge of browsing the Battlelog forums, finding player posts that have expressed their discontent with other servers, and suggest they check out ours. Additionally, you would play on our servers and befriend those you meet, suggest the check us out. Players don't just want a message or a chat that says "hey, check out iogaming.net." What works is be nice to them, play with them and such. Then force them to check us out. There's no room for softness... not in Sparta - I.. I mean suggest they check us out. Remember, iO is just one big family.

If this just sounds all fine and dandy to you, or you have questions, feel free to contact myself via PM (All PM's are sent directly to my phone), or preferably reply directly to this post. One of us will get in touch with you. iO is a fantastic community, we just need some great and dedicated members to help us guide the non believers to the light!

Okay... I'm not sure if this would be suitable for an admin, but since nobody has volunteered, I'm willing to take on the role and really step up my recruiting efforts, especially since we're kinda hurting on donations and new membership would go a long way to help.

    Thoughts anyone?

Re: Calling all awesome people! iO Recruitment Position information!

Once I am accepted into IO I would not mind taking the role of recruiter. I know I am new to IO but from what I have seen so far I would not mind being a recruiter. As it stands right now I know of at least half a dozen people I could recruit. I will leave it up to you guys you know what is best for you site! thank you for time in reading this post.
