minimal, and generic components in 99% of all prefabs unless you go custom such as alienware/cyberpower/ibuy, etc...

The only thing Im unsure about right now is liquid cooling. Is it really worth it. Ive done a tiny bit of reading but all i really know is that closed systems require no maintenance which is good and is a smarter option because theres virtually no chance of leaks, and it produces less sound. but in the end is it better over fans?

no. imho, its not worth it. why go through the hassle? what happens if a leak happens and this expensive machine goes wrong? what benefit is worth that?

you need a new pc, get a new pc, make sure it lasts.
