    Section 8

Well its been a few days so here is what I got for you. and plz excusse the spelling.

    http://www.joinsection8.com/

I am playing this on an AMD dual core 2.0, 3 gigs mem and an 8800.
    Think Tribes, Planetside, BF2.
It has a good story line and the graphics are really good!
You are able to coustomize you eqpt and the weapons you can carry.

The single player mode is very short. I played through the missions very fast on medium. Switching to Hard I found the bots attacked me with much tactics encluding mass fire.
But I bought this game for the online playability, not only do you have to hack and hold up to 4 control points, you also have DCM's( Dynamic Combat Missions, side missions) to compleate, Outpost, Escort VIP, Retrive intel and convoy escort.

    Section 8 Dynamic Combat Missions

The teams can be up to 32 players with Diffrent modes of play. Team, Swarm, Super swarm, and CooP.
Team play pretty much says it all. and in this game the team with its poop in a group wins hands down.
Swarm And Super Swarm pits you aginst the bots, up to 4 to one odds, and there no sloches, they can be stooid sometimes but most of the time there putting a hurting on poor DooD here.
I have no Idea what coop is like ..yet.

    Weapons:
Each teams weapons are the same just diffrent modes.

Pistol, shotgun, assualt rifle, machinegun, sniper rifle and rocket launcher.
All weapons do Diffrent damage from varing distances.

    Equpitment:
Depending on how you want tp play the game you can change up what you want to use.
Remote det mine, grenade, Mortar, repair tool, sensor blocker and sensor.

    Vechilcals:
Just 2, the convoy vechical and the monster tank... this tank has 4 crew spots. A main gunner also drives, a machine gunner, a missle spot and a mortar spot.
Oh and can't Forget the heavy Armor!!!!! you will se that in action in the vid.

and so here is a short vid I made in game enjoy!!

Yes it charges and has a duration along with people being able to sesnor block(blocks it all together if already locked on will break lock) and or have passives that reduce lock on duration(down to a min of 2 seconds)

Newbs will use it. Pros will smoke you when you try and use it and before you know it you will be dead.

    Re: Section 8

Section 8 was one of the most under-rated games ever.
As I describe it, halo for pc with the awesome turned up.
BUT GOOD NEWS.. Theres a new one about to come out.
The bad news.. It is for consoles as well and seems to be marketed to them specifically.
I was hoping for some DX11 and yeaaa, I dunno.. Might get that still.
But, I am a huge fan of the first so we'll see how it goes.
Heres the link to it, coming out in a week.
