With the current settings it doesn't matter what you set things to on your end, everything is forced by the server unfortunately.

Uh, the max tick on a TF2 server is 66. It's hard coded.

o. i thought some cs:s servers had 100 tick -_-
different from tf2 im guessing maybe?

Yes, CSS = 100 Tick Max TF2 = 66....
