Have you been to the Zone?

That's right. I'm talking about YOUR iO Zone Page! This page is probably the coolest part of the new site. Everything you do now by using multiple pages has been simplified on to one, easy to use page. From the Front Page, simply click on the General Tab at the top, and then click on iO Zone.

The first thing you will notice on the right side of the page is your iO Rep status, broken down into your current rep status, monthly Rep ranking, all time rep points, and your all time Rep ranking. Also if you have any infractions these are listed there as well.

Below that is the Donor box. This provides a link to non donors who are interested in donating to sign up. And if you are already a donor, it will show your current donor status.

Next are some of our sponsors, followed up by links to fellow iO'ers profile pages, and your very own scribble box.

    BUT WAIT!!!! THERE'S MORE!!!

The best thing I love is the quick nav section. This is the area showing 4 tabs labeled Announcements, Discuss, Browse, and Quick Links.

The Announcements Tab will show you just that, Announcements for the current day, along with any scheduled events for that day, and upcoming events.

The Discuss Tab (and this is the one I really like) will show you 3 categories related to the forums.
    1) The Latest-Most Recent section will show you the top 5 threads that have been recently replied to in order of the most recent post.
    2) My Involved Threads section shows you the last 5 threads that you have responded to.
    3) What's Hot is simply that. The top 5 threads that have had the most activity for that day.

In each of the above sections is a "Show More" link. This link will expand each section by another 5 threads for every time you click on it.

The Browse Tab will let you browse the current iO News Feed.

And the last tab, Quick Links, will take you to areas of the web site you need to get to fast, such as your User CP, the Donate to iO Section, TF2 and BF2 ban pages, HLStats, Who's on Vent, and other useful links, along with the ability to add your own quick links.

A lot of time and effort was put into this section of the site to give you guys the best, and I hope you join me in thanking Nicky and the staff for doing such a great job. It's still a work in progress, so please remember to submit bugs to the Bug Thread

If this is your first time visiting iO Gaming, WELCOME!!!! and enjoy the new site.

    Autozone?

Something I found in the Zone that I thought was awesome as hell, but pretty well hidden was the thing that tracks the most recent threads you posted in.
